Generally very good. Excellent service. Surprisingly not cleaned property. Thought this this might be a once off, but the return leg was the same. The accessories supplied are below par compared to other business airlines. Had problems with seats reclining properly. Food on the way was good but average on return leg

Better than economy airlines. Five hours in the air, no problems.
normally knees on back of seat in front. It's not business class, just good cattle class. The airline can not be held responsible for the quality of fellow passengers, you've all been there.
Bottom l;ine....would recommend Singapore to anyone(and have)

Fare prices and value are very good, and your staff were excellent as usual.
