Very comfortable plant; lots leg room comfortable seats.

Seat pitch is supposedly 31" which must be a lie, because my stomach was pressing against the tray. Extremely loud in this row of the aircraft, even my Bose Quiet Comfort II noise cancelling headphones couldn't mute the noise. Seat was hard. All I could do is count the minutes until I was off this plane. Hands down the worst plane I've ever flown in. No frills, no nothing on this plane. Warning! If you see this aircraft in the itinerary, book a different flight with a different aircraft.

This is a bulkhead seat by itself on the left side of the plane. There's a lot of legroom, but no under seat storage. The seat itself was comfortable. Easy access to the lavatory. There were no video monitors, so all entertainment was on your personal device. The window was right at my shoulder, so my neck got a little stiff looking out. Overhead storage was
sufficient.

My seat was okay however I was traveling with two knees requiring total replacement and wasn't able to raise them for relief. My savior was Ken Thompson the Denver flight Attendant who kept me supplied with ice and care the entire trip. If it hadn't been for Mr. Thompson I'm sure I would have suffered dearly. Please give him praise for his professionalism and thoughtfulness.

United now has a direct flight from SFO to MSN with a length of just about four hours. I chose the flight/plane because there are only two seats per side vs the usual three seat configuration. The plane itself is fine and the legroom in seat 7A is very good. However, the seats in this plane are very uncomfortable. The back has almost no padding and it is akin to leaning against a sheet of plywood. Can't put my finger on it, but there is something off with these seats, which made for a long, unpleasant flight. I might take this plane again for an hour trip, but definitely won't for a four hour flight.

The set was extremely uncomfortable the legroom the pitch is so much substandard. Compared to Delta where the legroom seams better and the chair slides forward when reclined. Shame on United what a difference was Continental.

Will never fly United again. First time, last time. TSA was not put on ticket!!! Seriously? No HC wheelchair upon arrival at destination. No pre-boarding priority given to me/recovering from knee replacement. Had to climb stairs to board. No pre-warning! Seat was like sitting on a plank of wood. Killed my sciatica. Popcorn on floor; overhead light was MINIMAL, bulb looked like it was failing. Only had two 'snack boxes' available for purchase. I got the classic, my daughter got the cheese one. Cabin EXTREMELY cold, after several complaints from passengers, heat turned on so high it was insane. Couldn't connect to WiFi. Carry ons thrown around like garbage when deplaning. Utter confusion deplaning due to carry on procedure - lack thereof. Disorganized/unprofessional. Yall should take a page from SW - they treat their customers with concern/professionalism and expertise. HAVE to use you for return to MD. God help us!

I made the mistake of returning to economy class on a United Airlines Boeing 737. The seats are very hard (it is usual in the Boeing 737) and the space between seats is very small (in United it is below the average). After 3 hours of flight, a large part of the economy passengers spent long periods on feet in order to survive. There are individual screens but only usable for those who pay at least US $ 7 to watch the Direct TV programming.

This was the worst airplane seat I've had in my long life as a traveler. I measure 1.80 meters (5 ft, 10.8 in), so my height is slightly above average, but my legs did not fit. The flight was a real torture of 5 hours and 10 minutes.

Unite switched from V5 as booked to V3. Row 39 in V5 to V3 which has 3 seats with no notice. So we thought my wife and i would have 2 seats on the our red eye only to find out she was stuck in the middle
