This flight represented two (2) firsts for me. This was my 1st time on Singapore Air and my 1st Ultra Long-Haul flight (18+ hours). The Singapore Air Premium Economy Seat was excellent. I’m 5’10 and 180 lbs so an Economy seat is a little restrictive on some flights. The Premium Economy seat is very ample. The leg supports help tremendously. The seat was comfortable for the entire flight. I am flying the dame equipment in June and December and have no concerns about comfort even considering the total flight duration.

Seat 11F is up at the front bulkhead so quit busy with one toilette and serving area in front. It was ok except the single toilets' sign stays on all cabin darkened periods which can be a bit of a distraction when trying to sleep. The bed arrangement itself was flat and roomy. Pretty good actually. The staff and food where wonderful.

Een vlucht is nooit comfortabel, helemaal niet op de middelste plek. Maar het was redelijk te doen.

The seat was worth the extra cost for Premium Economy for the extra leg room, seat width and seat reclining, just. There was nothing else special in the package. Priority boarding was an absolute dog fight with economy seat passengers. Our priority bag pickup was negated by a problem with the sky bridge which meant we were delayed disembarking .I was not able to connect to the aircraft wi fi on either leg of my flights as was adverted as being available to Kris Club members, of which I am one.

This is essentially the last row of the lower deck of the A380 in economy class. It's not suitable for a tall person but I'm short at 5'3" and there was plenty of leg room for me. Very tall folk would always be better to check out the extra legroom seats. The seat width was fine and I'm morbidly obese. The real disadvantage to this seat is the inability to recline the seat at all due to the emergency exit being directly behind. The person in front of me reclined their seat which meant I was only a matter of inches away from the ife screen. It makes it awkward trying to get out of the seat too. Foodwise, pre-Covid Singapore Airlines were more generous at meal times with a larger main portion and an appetizer. This was a 13hour flight and lunch was served about an hour and half into the journey. The next breakfast meal was served about 2 hours before landing. For this reason, I took a cold Cornish pasty with me to eat if I became hungry in between. Unlike before, no snacks were offered on the flight but I didn't specifically ask for any. The meals themselves were tasty but one meal was particularly salty. The desserts, typically ice cream, were lovely. The crew came around offering water periodically. I took 750ml of water on board & I'm glad I did. The crew were always friendly and helpful. Due to turbulence, I lost out on having a hot drink at meal times. I do like Singapore Airlines, the inflight entertainment is pretty packed with offerings to wile away the time. The toilets were close to the seat and there was often a queue of people segregating in front of the emergency exit waiting their turn. The toilets were clean and only had one incidence where my nostrils were assaulted! Would choose a reclinable seat in future but the seat wasn't a disaster.

For premium economy, legroom was poor. Food was just ok. Not enough drinks provided

Window seat no? 31? Premium economy/ absolutely terrible/ no way or extremely difficult to get over your next seat to go to bathroom or walk on long flight/ The passenger has to get out of his seat ,and it still is tight to get out: in an emergency you will die!!!Premium eco is like normal eco/ no space because of footrest( hand luggage for inflight medicine, etc and getting comfortably out of your seat!!Not excited about your aircraft’s at all/ will take different airline next time😂🥲😆

A very wide and spacious seat - one of just 4 in the first class area. A very private and intimate feel. A bit dated compared to there SA 1st class offers, but the impeccable service and excellent food and beverages more than make up for that. Still one of the best.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the food quantity and quality served to the passengers is not up to the mark in a long period journey and request the concerned authorities to look into this matter .Though service of the crews is good but they often forgets the priorities in case of any needs to get plain water, for which repeated request was required. This should be looked in to in future Thanks
