Fantastic beds in business class. Really like the old First class.

Overall I was pleased with the seat the functional outlets for my tech stuff. The screen was clear and the headsets worked great. Lights were fine for reading and I liked the design of the fold down tray for the meal.
However, when the seat went flat the head tilted downward to the point it was lower than the rest of the seat. I had to push it up slightly so that I could sleep comfortably. My only problem and it's not unique to Iberia is the current flat bed designs on all these new BC seats is that they provide very little padding so it feels like you are sleeping on a hard surface. United, TAP and others have all adopted the least amount of comfort model in their BC designs. It's a shame but that is the curse of the airline industry at large.

Asientos duros como piedras, mínimo espacio de pitch para un vuelo de 12 horas. Comida de mínima calidad. Como Iberia cubre estos vuelos largos con su personal de más edad lo que ocurre es que desean que no se les moleste. Pasan absolutamente del pasaje. Te tiran la comida y desaparecen para que no se les vea y nadie los llame durante el vuelo. Es patético que Iberia no cuide en absoluto sus vuelos largos (en los de corto alcance ya han alcanzado niveles deplorables).

No parece en absoluto clase ejecutiva, deberán recategorizarse como Premium Economy. Comida y bebida MALISIMOS, atencion PESIMA. Habiendo solo 4 asientos por fila el ancho de los mismos podría mejorar. La reclinación 180º pero con desniveles, incomoda. Primera y última vez en Iberia

Overall mediocre trip.
Legroom poor for such a long flight. IFE with limited choices. Food just average, nothing to write home about.
Crew overall absent, unattentive.
Not a great value for money on Iberia.

It’s annoying me personally to sit in the middle row, it’s good that at least in the aisle

The flight was really good. The cabin attendants allowed my to have as many food and drink during the flight. Also there were two options for the main meal and I had the beef burger with rice, salad, bread role, a cup of tea, Diet Coke and a cake which tasted really good. The entertainment system was really up to date Ann’s there are loads of movies and tv programmes that you can watch. There were also music and a good collection of games that you can play.

El asiento cuenta con mucho mas espacio para las piernas, la bandeja y la pantalla se encuentran en el apoya brazos, el asiento en si no se siente mas pequeño al ser el apoya brazos de mayor tamaño, la galería de enfrente se encuentra iluminada durante todo el vuelo y el trafico de las azafatas es durante toda la noche, por lo que si te cuesta dormir, tendría esto en cuenta.

Decent seat. Considering it’s economy class seat back tilts nicely. Only issue is when the seat in front leans back, much too close & causes a chain reaction. Reaching anything at your feet is very difficult. For an 8 hour flight overall not bad.
