Seat Map LATAM Airlines Boeing B787-9

Hola ! Great crew and our first LATAM flight which was a strong recommendation of our travel agent ! However You Travel recommended we fly LATAM because they thought that LATAM was flying new Dreamliners on the route to Sydney ! The aircraft was definitely an “older” aircraft ! The crew were outstanding well groomed and competent !
Hopefully one of your newer aircraft on your return journey to Auckland!

Easily LATAM's best Business Class product, together with the LATAM Brazil A350. I'm happy LATAM did not fall for the staggered seat trap on this aircraft. This new business class provides heaps of between-rows space, wide seats, a great ottoman, and a very comfortable bed. All it needs are the wonderful "futons" LATAM Brazil provides in their A350 business class.

Was seated in the row behind the toilet section, people crossed over using that space the entire flight. But that wasn't the worst part. The worst part was a problem(?) with the toilets and a high pitched noise was audible for the entire 10 hour flight. No sleep possible for anyone close by.

Madrid-Frankfurt in Business Class for €92, who can refuse that...?
Great seats, lovely cabin. No choice of food on this short flight, but the food as such was good.

The only thing I really disliked was the short ad for shoes after the safety announcements. Completely unecessary.

Comfortable and roomy seat. Major issue was lack of requested vegetarian meal for my wife. Crew tried very hard to remedy. Disappointing selection of English language entertainment, and I expected latest movies but was disappointed.

Muy cómodos asientos en economy con espacio suficiente pero esta ubicación está por sobre el ala izquierda. Pude cambiarme al 16A, ubicación bastante mejor.

It is impossible for me to make any comment because of the Coronavirus, I was unable to travel on the indicated date and rescheduled the flight for 12/11/2020. You can re-submit the survey.

It was confortable, and the food service was good. About the enterteinment, there was common, nothing too fancy.
