Very good flight. I think LAN have the most comfortable seats in economy class and the legroom was generous. The food was really tasty and with crew always offering drinks and snacks were available during the flight (unlike Avianca). The B763 is a bit outdated but still has perfect seats. Could have more movie options.

Extremely dated plane. About 20% of the Business Class seats were broken and did not recline at all. However, they were still being sold! Passengers were not even compensated or refunded. Another 20-30% of seats had screen issues. Still, no compensation. The rest, were still very uncomfortable and lacked privacy. A total rip off.

Final leg of my trip after the connection in Miami. This plane was older configuration so no PTV's. Food was great, they served dinner at midnight. Economy seats also had a blanket so I was able to get some sleep.

I love this airplane well i like more the 787 but i was so exited i bought somethings in the duty free I love the 767 of LATAM and the new safety video.

Un asiento bastante cómodo, con más que suficiente espacio para estirar completamente las piernas o cruzarlas.
El único inconveniente es que la pantalla de televisor individual es pequeña y está más alejada de lo esperado. |

Short distance between seats, and a poor seat recline. This, added to the fact that the entertainment screen didn't work, made this a very bad flight
