Seats are all flat beds in business - good length for someone that is 6'1ft, width is a problem when trying to sleep, food is normally good. Service is a real hit and miss depending on the crew on a specific day, however it has been getting better over my last few flights. Flight is mostly late.

Everything ha been really perfect except the fact of having one of the service crew is of very aggressive and non professional attitude. She lost the concept of treating passengers. We may consider that she misunderstand the core of her role in the cabin.

Great flight better legroom than I thought and don't let the news fool you Egypt air are a good airline there by no means the best in the world but their offering is competitive and everything you need for a intercontinental flight

Egypt air crew were very professional, the customer care service was awesome. The seats were very comfortable with sufficient legroom. The challenge was the Boeing 737-800 from entebbe international airport to Cairo international airport with old and uncomfortable seats.

Abu Dhabi- Cairo service is amazing. My flight was MS 917. For this 3.5hr flight, breakfast was served about an hour and 15mins into the flight and it was wonderful . Entertainment and service was exceptional.

Smooth flight, meals okay as bread was dry.
Staff did excellent job of handling disruptive male passenger.
Appreciated to inflight kit of socks, eye shield, audio cable as well as tooth brush & paste.
Look forward to return flight.
