Very comfortable short haul plane. I flew BCN to PMI on an Embraer 195 for the first time and I found it an extremely comfortable plane to fly. You must pay 3 euros to reserve a seat and it is definitely worth. I booked an economy flight and easily managed to reserve a seat in the first rows which are theoretically for Business travellers. Seats in the first row have more legroom although from row 2 to row 4 seats have more legroom than the seats in the back of the aircraft.

Horrible. We paid $40 extra for 2 people for seats 6A and 6C in premium economy d/t a tight connection, and were told at check in those seats were given to someone else, and we were put in the back of the plane, and had to run fast as an elderly couple, almost missing our flight. Please reimburse us $40 at a minimum.

The business class ends at raw 2. You have to pay an extra to get snacks or beverage.
------------------ ADMIN: Business Class bulkhead is probably moved to rows 3 or 4 depending on business class seats purchased for that specific flight. It's a curtain that moves! |

He quedado sorprendido de la comodidad de este avión. Espacio para las piernas, asientos cómodos y muy bajo ruido. Que diferencia con el vuelo que me esperaba despues en el A330.

All seats of this airplane are amazingly confortable, im a 6'3 tall And a heavy 380 Lbs person, and i flew vdry pleasant this flight. Legroom, width and window. Loved flying this plane
