General presentation

As of November 2010, Air Canada’s fleet operated 30 Boeing 767-300ER aircrafts, with no additional ones expected to arrive in the near future.
With a length of almost 55 m and a wingspan of 47.6 m, the Boeing B767-300ER is capable of a cruising speed of 530 mph/851 km/h at 35,000 ft. Its maximum range is 11,065 km/5,975 mi, while the maximum speed is 568 mph/913 km/h at 35,000 ft.These twin-aisle aircraft can fly non-stop between Toronto and Tel-Aviv and are some of the most fuel efficient long-rang planes in operation. They are used for both Trans-continental and Trans-Atlantic flights and there are four different models currently in use. As you will not necessarily know which model you are flying on, it may be best to choose a “safe” seat, i.e. one that on all models is similar!
Power ports are available although an adaptor may be needed. There are 10 audio channels with complimentary headsets as well as main screen videos which offer feature films on flights over 3 hours and short features on flight over 1.5 hours. Airphones accepting all major credit cards are in the bank of every seat (hospitality) or within arms reach (executive) and are equipped for in-coming and out-going calls. Executive class passengers have adjustable headrests, cushions and footrests, lumbar support and leg rest extensions as well as recline and massage facilities.

Snacks and a selection of beverages are offered on flights between 90 minutes and 2 hours, and also in flights departing after 10 pm. A fresh selection of meal items is available on flights of 2 hours or more, but not on flights departing after 10 pm.

Air Canada's B767s have the same seat configuration as many other airlines have in this same model. First class seats are like business class seats, they do not convert fully into a bed, and the personal entertainment system is not integrated. The best seats in the first class cabin are the front ones, because they don't have another seat in their front, which can reduce your personal space.

I flew Air Canada from Toronto to Rome, not having 1st class service just wider seats, no PTV's nor special treatments, flight was full, so i guess it was a 1 class flight that day, with some fortunate like me flying on "first" seats.

Paid $100 for an exit row seat and it was worth it. Plenty of leg room and fairly comfortable. Close to the restrooms but not too close that it was bothersome. Row 27 is also exit but a bulkhead that did not look nearly as comfortable.

Food and service was a little better than expected. Would utilize Air Canada Rouge again on an overseas flight.

This was a preferred seat with ample leg room and reclining pitch. The seat was very comfortable. On the negative side the screen with the map did not work. Also, we were surprised there was no window.

Cabin air pressure descending into Frankfurt appeared to be defective as my ears hurt and could not be cleared by yawning.
