Seat Map Air Canada Boeing B737 MAX 8

Flight during Oct 2018 before they were grounded. This section of the plane was Premium Economy for this route. Am 6' and bulkhead seats have no foot rests and are only slightly wider than economy, they do not tilt back very much and comfort for a 6 hours 15 min flight was only passable as I found they had thin seat padding and a bar could be felt. The crew was terrific and the food was excellent. This side of plane seems to have slightly less room than on our return in 1 A and 1 C which had a bit more legroom. This PE section is small with one bathroom at the front, so there can be waiting as people from economy were also using it. PE is great for premium check-in and cases and very good food.

This flight was the inaugural AC flight from Tampa to Vancouver . 3A was a good seat with plenty of legroom. Only problem I had was getting out enroute with the passenger in 2A fully reclined (the whole flight by the way) and the low overhead bins. Being 6' 1" was a real challenge even with nobody next to me in the aisle seat.

The plane was so nice and comfortable, the flight was so smooth, so new and very clean. Had a wheel chair with help to the gate and boarding. Very pleased all in all. Will definitely use again. You could hear the pilot very clear.

The pilot said something minor was wrong with the plane he would get back to us about it in 10 miins. 40 minutes later we left the gate. I was worried as l could smell gasoline as we got ready to taxi out to take off.

Good seat, second row of economy plus class. Good legroom and Air Canada has individual screens with a good selection if entertainment. If you want a snack, even peanuts you have to pay. Air Canada is value for the money compared to Westjet.

It was OK. The staff were not great and for a new plane it seemed pretty ordinary. I prefer the A320. the one highlight was the entertainment, the choices were ok but the screen was really responsive unlike Air Canada's older aircraft.

The seat was comfortable and the leg room was sufficient. The only problem is the seat did not recline.
