Lufthansa seat reviews

This config for Lufthansa Airbus A350 900 is quite a bit off. Im in 14G + E , which you and seatguru call 14 . (Yes I do know that there are 2 configs shown. Perhaps after covid they changed it a bit.

Really good seats, easily went from chair to bed and excellent TV audio system. Food disappointing as choices had gone for some meals by the time the crew got to us in the cabin. The food and drink that was served was ok.

Awful.
Good: food was tastier than United or Delta in Premium Economy; albeit with less in amount and service.
Bad: Premium is in the Economy Cabin with no bulkhead and only a greeting (non-alcoholic) drink and meal to distinguish it from coach service. They made one trip through with drinks and expected you to fetch your own thereafter from the back of the aircraft through an incredibly cramped aircraft. Exiting to stand from a non-aisle seat is difficult for those behind someone behind a reclined aisle seat. The aircraft is very cramped, there is nowhere you can stand without being in someone’s way. Service from the crew was meager at best.
Overall, worst Premium Economy I’ve seen compared to many Delta and United flights. St. Louis direct flight was nice, but since they only fly 3 days a week and have no staff in St. Louis the other days, your out of luck if your bags are delayed. There US baggage toll free number was hopeless … I knew where my GPS tracked bags were, they rarely did nor rarely provided info over three days accurate or not.

This is an upper deck business class lie-flat seat. Seat position is controlled from a remote. The amenity includes cushion, blanket and pillow, making the seat very comfortable. A selection of three main courses was offered. Wide selection of drinks including champagne. Excellent brakfast. One of the flight attendants offered dinks to non-sleeping passenger during the night part of the flight. Great on flight 7entertainment. Last but not least she is a 747!

A350-900 is a very nice aircraft and comfortable aircraft,
but food selection could improved, a mac and cheese for
dinner with a side salad is not realy quality, then a ice cold
sandwich for beakfast on a 11hour flight is not acceptable.

The 747 is my favorite plane to fly in when going long distance. its comfortable, roomy and makes for a very enjoyable mode of travel !

To call this business class in this day and age is pretty weak. Zero privacy, uncomfortable seat, and very narrow which makes sleeping difficult. No air vents and an uncomfortably warm cabin. The IFE is better on domestic U.S. airlines! I had avoided spending my hard earned money on this product but due to a flight cancellation, here I am, and it is everything I knew it wouldn’t be. I’ll be sure to avoid this going forward.

Getting onboard was quite a bunfight but then they all seem to have this at MIA.
We were on the upper deck so the ceiling was a lot lower than
the main deck and would probably affect any claustrophobic
passengers,this was heightened when the "person" in front of me decided to push his seat back as far as possible straight
after takeoff.
SO whilst he had loads of room for his dinner,water,beer and whisky I struggled.I found it impossible to walk to the
aisle,eventually clambering out at a 45 degree angle.
The flight was otherwise uneventfull and crew were attentive
and pleasant
