The flight was delayed for an hour, and all that time passengers had to stand in the airport aisle with their belongings in their hands. During the flight, only a small bottle of water and a tiny chocolate bar the size of a fingernail were provided. Everything else was at an additional cost.

Paid for extra leg room $130@ 27C and 27 B reassigned our seats and asked why. Rudely they responded, 'talk to your travel agent' Uncomfortable 11 hr. flight. Cramped. Hot temperate the entire flight. Husband is over 6' and his leg was in the aisle most of the flight. Attendants kept telling him to keep it out of their way. Food was not desirable at all.

Small plane. Only 2 rows assigned for business class. I was the only business class passenger and plane had about 25-30 economy passengers. Very short flight and cold meal was provided

Only benefit is legroom. Just behind bussiness class, more than 20x curtains moving, very transit and busy zone.
Old equipment, old staff, average food. All in one .... from 1 to 10... weak 6... the famous name need refreshing...

Seats 24A and C were fine. Close to lavatory and allowd getting off plane sooner than later.

Requested a seat with extra legroom. 18H certainly satisfied this requirement, however the need to use the swing-out tray table and entertainment screen was annoying, although not annoying enough to give up the legroom.

Very comfortable. No manual recline on any seats but all are reclined slightly. Extra large overhead bins for storage. No in seat entertainment but can easily hang a tablet in the upper magazine compartment

Premium Economy seat with a lot of leg space. Definitively a good seat if you cannot take business.
