JetBlue Airways seat reviews

This seat was wonderful. The legroom excellent. Everything on this Jetblue flight was perfect. I don't have any complaints at all.

Seat 3A had awesome legroom. My reclining option waas not working. Food and service was amazing. The entertainment system on the E190 and the A320 need to be be like the A321 with the all you can watch movie system. All though I love jetBlue but they need a safety video like all over airlines. Overall the flight was great, But my flight back to JFK was better because we got the A321.

First of all, Jet Blue got me to/from my destination and there were no hiccups on that front. The leg room is quite good, but the seat cushion was hard and uncomfortable. It was only a 3 hour flight +/-, but if it had been longer, the trip would have been unbearable. Granted, I have back problems, so consider that. Otherwise, it was a good flight experience.

The flight was very short but everything was fine . Jet Blie reservations and booking is very good. The aircraft was very clean and the attendants were well dressed , courteous and pleasant. For a smaller jet, the seating was pretty comfortable. I am 6'2" 300 lbs and I was comfortable. Overall good experience!

The seats we had is where the Galley was, 2 seats cramped in a spot not made for seats & Overhead bins used to store snacks in. that was the only 2 thing's wrong. The Flight was great & so was the inflight service.

Row 9 should be eliminated there put in an area Where Galleys should be storage for the airline food & beverage not overhead bins needed for luggage . Other than that we’are having a great time at Margaritaville in Hollywood Fl.

I take this R/T flight about every 6 weeks. Usually on the 190 but sometimes on the Airbus. The 190 is way more comfortable with a 2 - 2 configuration. Comfortable seats and the extra room upgrade has plenty of leg room for me at 6'1". The F/A's are usually pleasant and helpfull. Variety of snacks and beverages. If you're getting a bloody Mary remember to ask for the lime crystals. The FlyFi is free and works well.

The only negative is that the planes are getting a little tired looking. In need of some updating and refurbishment. But considering the prices and the high level of service, you can't beat JetBlue. Add a reliable App and the excellent reservations staff and you get a superior product.

Everything was ok and comfortable is the first time and we enjoy it. I recommended more legroom space seats more recline

Well worth the extra price for extra legroom in row 6 on 321 airbus. Very comfortable
You could lay on floor & still have plenty of legroom room. No need to leave seat to stretch legs during long flight..

We flew a 1-year-old a321, let me tell you this plane is so quiet i was asked if we were in the air, we got there on time despite 30 minutes gate change due to ground incident , My company airlines is united but i don't fly on boeing planes, i use united if its an airbus, despite one male flight attendant attitude JetBlue is perfect all the time, free drinks yes free jack daniels
