Great Emirates service but prefer flying in the A 380 so much better plane

It’s an ok plane but can’t compare to the A380 look forward to those planes coming back on later this year

This is a bulk head seat in first row of business behind first class.
It is awkward to get in and out of due to the large Screen holders, there are no places to store personal items apart from the safety card pocket attached to bulk head. It is an angle recline seat, the leg rest does not go up to 180 degrees so you can’t watch screen with legs up. A very outdated design in my opinion and not worth the money, will avoid this aircraft

Didn't see person next to me as good divider. Like being away from the aisle. Only a couple of rows from the bar but was not disturbed by any noise or traffic. Had booked 21b on aisle but there was a woman and a one year old across aisle in 21c. Fortunately I was able to move but there were only a couple of spare seats.
Great service, on-time. Breakfast after take off and 3 course meal before landing, however food available at bar/lounge.

excellent leg space and best fascility to leave the seat to go to toilet or a short walk.
we had chosen the seat in advance and had to pay extra 83EUR
for it : a bit expensive for it.
As for the meal service we were the couple which was served the ver y last of the whole section although we were sitting
on the front row of this section.
The people beside us and behind us allready finished before we got anything to drink and to eat.
Emirates don t do that again!

Flight cancelled - COVID--19

Overall a satisfactory experience, better than many other airlines. Seat width, legroom and recline were better than most other airlines in the Economy class. Entertainment offered ample choice with over 2000 channels available. Food and drink were satisfactory but I have experienced better. The same applies to the service.

Travelling with Emirates was a very good experience. Seats were good, but there were no foot tests...food was nice...staff was cooperative..aircraft was very good...would love to travel again with emirates

Emirates should be ashamed of themselves. A 3-4-3 configuration on a Boeing 777ER is ridiculous, particularly on a fourteen hour flight. The seats are far too narrow, even for people of average build such as my wife and I. The middle seat (of three) in particular was incredibly poor, particularly when trying to eat. This plane was in such contrast to the Airbus A380 that Emirates also operates for long-haul. If I ever travel with Emirates in the future I would check beforehand to ensure the plane I was due to travel on was NOT a B777ER.

Although the legroom was great, the fact that the seat was in front of the restroom toilets was annoying because of the constant stream of people queuing in front of the toilet door trying to get in. I am of the opinion that it does not justify the additional cost of the extra legroom seat
