To Cagayan De Oro - Cagayan De Oro Domestic Airport (CGY)
Upon checkin we choose 14D seat plan for our boss as stated that it is loacted on an exit row and it is a legroom and we even paid for an axtra payment. But upon boarding we found out it is only a regular seat.
