330 is a beautiful plane. The seat was very comfortable and alllowed to be tilted enough when resting. The service was exceptional. The only negative was the rubber chicken in the meal.

Poor legroom, no seat recline.
As with all airlines the food was unedible and it would be better if none was supplied and a price reduction given.
service was OK but films and tv disappointing in comparison with BA

An ok flight, definitly did not live up to standards set by the qantas flight from sfo to mel. Food was simple snacks, drinks were simple soft drinks, and entertainment was not provided. Overall a meh start to a business trip.

Excellent seat, great service. The cuisine and the wine were up to expectation. A smooth flight. Very attentive personnel. All in all, another fine experience with AC

This priority seat isn't worth paying extra for. It is narrower than other economy seats and the extra leg room isn't needed unless you are very tall. The normal seat pitch is fine for most. The seat also has no storage due to the lack of a seat in front with a pocket on the back. That missing seat also means the entertainment unit is in the arm and thus must be stored during take offs and landings limiting the time it can be used. Normal units can be used the entire time you are on the plane.

First experience flying on Embraer 175. Small plane with lots of legroom, adequate service and entertainment; however, very uncomfortable seats and it felt like it would come apart. The lack of back support made it impossible to sleep (not to mention a child who did not stop screaming during the whole flight). Hostess' French announcements were very poor and I was praying that there wouldn't be any French speaking passengers on board other than myself (It looks extremely unprofessional and it reflects bad on Canada to be represented by people with such poor language skills). Will avoid flying this class next time.

This aircraft has crammed in as many seats as it could. Unfortunately, it is also used on their long haul routes such as Canada to Asia / Australia. The seats are narrow and there is no room for your knees. Other airlines use a 3-3-3 configuration. Air Canada uses a 3-4-3 configuration.
