The seating is getting a bit dated
The functionality was OK, but the controls only offered limited choices
Completely flat - a tad stiff, but OK for sleeping
Storage was extremely limited
There is a pouch in the wall infront of the seat - quite useful but difficult to reach, and that was about it
I was lucky when my glasses fell beneath my seat as I raised it and I was able to reach them.
There is literally no storage adjacent to the seat
The WiFi was easy to pay for but I could never get it to work, so I was out 20 Euros - it wasn't so much about the money as much as the inconvenience

Seats were more than comfortable, lots of legroom and good recline. Entertainment as in selection of movies was great. Bring your own headsets though as the earphones provided are really poor in sound and comfort. Pillow and small blanket provided. Washroom two rows over a big plus.

Excellent new airline. Seats were at the back of the plane without other passengers walking past and leaning on our seats. TAP gave us blankets and pillows which was a nice touch also the food was amazing.
