I found some major changes at swiss. There was a lot of care for frequent travelers, this time was really bad, from the check in to the point I had to purchase an upgrade. after the return flight I will not fly Swiss anymore. The crew was excellent, as well as the food. their strategy with paying for the seats, just sad.
