I booked a business class seat on A330 300 using points. The seats are ribbed and not at all comfortable, but slightly better with the doona on top. The food was ok, but there was no 2nd meal service because of turbulence that lasted about 3 hours. So the staff wouldn't serve anything hot. There was almost no turbulence
