My husband and I paid for front row first seating etc. we were unable to check in on line when we arrived at airport 3.5 hours in advance we were rudely told our seats don’t exist and they were changed. The woman at the counter Anna turned her back on me and walked away. This happened 3X when I asked for an explanation. Now sitting economy middle seats. I will not let this bad experience ruin my trip but I will never fly IberiA again.
