Seats were good..flat bed sleeper seat ..very comfortable ..but the seat back screen kept breaking down ..which was eventually replaced by an I pad...the electronic seat functions were intermittently working and when I asked for a few pillows to put behind me while I was having my meal I was informed the didn’t give our pillows...no amenity kits were handed out..and headphones were only given out when requested ..The meal was basic ...served in a cardboard box carton ..drinks service was offered once then on request ...and after 2 small glasses of wine I was informed that they had run out of wine ..so I asked if it was possible to get me a glass from the economy section of the aircraft they told me I was welcome to buy it from economy which I was charged $12 for...the staff were ok ..but didn’t go out of their way to accommodate you ..the entertainment was poor..with about 8 movies ..overall the service was not upto business class standards or premium economy for that matter ...and whilst the seat was very nice , I’m sure the standards on this flight would not have reflected the standards offered in Norwegian premium economy
