Although more comfortable than a Business Class seat, the Delta One experience was less "private" than in the A330-900 which has Delta One pods designed with a closing door. As a passenger if you choose to sleep, your head is protected by a wall from the passengers on their way to/from the restrooms, but your back is still open to the aisle so the feeling of personal security is much less.
