Rude attendants, touch screen remote a joke (rebooted 4 times), they bump Economy to Business class due to overbooking (both flights I took - why should I pay more if 75% of Business Class bumped from Economy Class), food mediocre, had a backache after flight that lasted 3 days - poor lumbar support in seat (basically a Premium Economy seat with almost lie flat features).

THE VERY WORST BUSINESS CLASS I HAVE FLOWN IN MY LIFE.
