Avianca did change their seats for economy - low cost model ones. They have thin backseats and less legroom, soy they’ve made it to put a lot more rows on their flights. It’s really unconfortable and you should avoid them if you can. Right now, Latam is a better option. No more business seats on domestic flights so, no more comfort even if you pay for it. They have removed the on-board entertainment which highly differentiated them from others. No on-board service available.
