American Airlines seat reviews

Recently sat in 9A from DFW to NRT and back again. Enjoyed the seat placement with privacy, but did not enjoy having to climb over 9B to use the wash room. While I prefer a window seat, on future flights with the new business configuration, I will select an aisle seat. Window seats that are not on the bulkhead might be easier to get to the aisle.

Comfortable economy seats for the flight. A little bit cramped.
Got lays stax chips for like 3 dollars. Got a decent picture of Miami.

Coach class back seats are more comfortable than front seats. These seats count with more space for legs and between them. They count with personal entertainment system on every seat. Photos of American Airlines planes are hard to get because of the policy of "No photos" they have. Hope you enjoy the photo.

If only there had been decent catering airside in Miami airport, I would have brought something on board. That way I would not have to pay for mindless, tasteless over-processed and overpriced snacks. At least in the days of taking a Greyhound coach, you had the luxury of stopping at a roadside diner and naming your own poison. Sadly bus passengers seem to have a better deal of things these days than the average airline economy class passenger.

An average economy seat. Adequate pitch. Unfortunately AA ditched their promotion of more room in every seat a few years back. A shame for us taller-sized travellers!

Very nice business class seat. Fully flat but slightly angled for sleeping. Infinte number of positions. Memory button for last position. AVOD.

Great first class seat. The suite swivels so the you can turn your area into a working desk and face out of the window at the same time. The seat turns into a horizontal, fully flat bed. A full size pillow and a duvet is provided.

The AA MD80 Seat maps are off. All MD80 are either 16/120 or 16/124. AA is in the process of adding 2 seats to the each aircraft in the fleet.
