As has been already said, the seat cushions were not at all comfortable. The only good thing I can say is the leg room was great. Recline was virtually broken and needed forcing to move at all, the IFE didn't work; screen was stuck and wouldn't swing into position and the hand control wouldn't even allow audio channels.As we had a three hour delay in the terminal, I was mainly interested in sleep, but the restrictions of the seat arms and the hard seat made it very difficult to get at all comfortable.

Configuration 2-4-2, situated behind business class. MH should not allow children below 12 years, as this cabin should be designated as a quiet zone. Ideal for business travelers.
There is no window on row 10. Service was friendly & attentive. Quality & quantity of food/menu content was dismal to say the least.

There is nothing to be aware of row 10 seats. Yes it is in front of a wall but the seat could fully incline to maximum without hitting the wall. I was very sceptical with this row 10 initially but I was proved wrong after sitting in it.

The seat map needs a little correction. I remember turning left when boarding the aircraft. Which means the 2nd door is behind rows 9 & 10. There were no crew seats in front of me.

When I arrived in BKK my suitcases were still in KUL, they had 1.30 hours the time to change from the flight from PEN, but they had other things to do ?? !!

My seat was one of the throne seats. Very roomy and comfortable. However when lying down the space for lower legs is very restricted. It’s very private and lots of storage.
