Close to the toilet and galley. Usually first to be served etc. Loads of legroom. Headphone jack didn’t work.

Best seats in the entire premium economy sections are on the left wing from 22 to 25(A and C). Luckily, i got the 25C aisle seat and it was a wonderful experience.

Lots of space to recline and more privacy when compared to other seats(always choose the 25th row if you have an option). Although the screens for IFE were in a good condition, the content i felt was not upto the mark(however, this varies a lot from person to person as per an individual's taste). I got the Premium Economy seat at a lot cheaper price when compared to other airlines in India.

The check-in staff was also great, they did not create any problem while i was availing the student offer of an extra 23kg bag(2*23+1 extra*23kgs for students). They were helpful and courteous.

The cabin crew was wonderful as well, and did their job as expected. Just make sure to ask them in advance for Air Sickness bags, as i didn't notice it in the nets for any seat which is strange and a letdown for those who suffer with motion sickness during flights as they would need to panic to handle any emergency situation not having the bag in front of them.

This was my first time flying upper class with the seats that made into a bed. I hate flying overnight and the seat did make it somewhat more bearable. We booked through Delta, this was a partner flight with Virgin.
The window seats do appear to be a little roomier and the layout of the middle seats have better storage on the right side of the plane than the left. I ended up swapping seats with my husband he was in 6D next to me (left side). He’s a large man and the layout was better for him. I was fine with either seat.
The service was wonderful, the only complaint I have is they would not let my husband plug in his Cpap to sleep, needless to say his experience wasn’t quite as good as mine. Delta does allow this, he has worn it before on overnight flights. The explanation was Virgin wouldn’t accept the liability of a power failure and the device stop working. Guess the don’t know Sleep Apnea can kill you and that’s why he wears the Cpap!
Hope this review priovides helpful information

Virgins 787 business class should be avoided at all costs, nice that all seats face the isle but extremely cramped, no way for one to look out window, minimal seat reclining, no seat storage unless you’re a contortionist. If you’re over 240lbs don’t do it. Great service though. There are much better options out there

Two windows, fully reclined seat with bulkhead behind. Just a bit difficult to get out with the seats in front fully reclined. Lovely aircraft and great crew.

We had very bad seats on the Virgin Atlantic A-350. We paid extra for these seats, what a mistake! The seat width is terribly narrow-There is absolutely no place to place your water bottle or even a neck pillow. The constant bumping of my shoulder by other passengers using the toilets was bad enough, but the bumping of the service carts hurt even worse. This was a red eye flight with low lighting and a stewardess tripped over my feet. I felt bad for her because she took quite a fall, but in all honesty, I am only 5'2, so my legs are not seriously in the way. I feel like they should pay me for enduring this 7 hour torture.

A330.300 with the coffin seats in Virgin Upper Class
Worst business class seats I have ever travelled in. Seat flips to make bed, so totally horizontal, no option to raise head slightly and not comfy at all. Too narrow, shoulders touching sides, spare seat belt on footstool, in way of feet. Daytime as a seat not bad but still narrow. Very little in way of storage.
This seat would put me off flying this route again. Hopefully the 330 NEO will address the issues.
As always, the Virgin staff were brilliant, entertainment excellent, and the food and drink superb, except for Virgin's champagne which was not good - more than made up for by the Sauvignon Blanc which was nectar!

First and last ride on a Virgin A330-300. These economy seats are utterly awful. Pitch and legroom are probably the worst we have ever experienced. Touchscreen so unresponsive but so close to your face impossible to watch. Who on earth put games on a seat back screen. The adult behind kept tapping the screen once she work up at 5.00 a.m. I was already awake due to the awful seats. These are supposed to be preferred. Shocking.

First time flying Virgin Atlantic. First regarding the planes (both this flight and my prior leg on a VA connection from Tel Aviv)- planes are pristine, lighting as nice as advertised. Seats are very comfortable and spacious, with very generous recline. The meals service was great and all the workers very friendly and on too of things. So overall a great flight and great plane. Only quibble would be the movie selection somewhat limited.
