Overall excellent, this is the best seat you can found in business class. The widest legroom, a quiet business class cabin, plus you got tables on both right and left side, which is called the throne seat. I would say the lounge is not as good as I thought. But most of them is amazing.

I had a pleasant flight from London to Kuala Lumpur. I was very impressed with the seating area as the layout is very spacious and the extra legroom did make a tremendous difference for sheer comfort. I felt very relaxed in this seating area and I would definitely book these seats in the future. The service was excellent however food could have been better. I know I was economy and should not expect a lot but the portions were small. I am a frequent flyer and have flown with other major airlines and I find the food better and bigger portions.

Pretty good seat. Wished the entertainment screen was a bit bigger. A bit more leg room will be welcome.

I booked this seat after seeing online video reviews and thinking, yes the legroom looks good. Well the legroom is good but the seat is pretty uncomfrotable in other ways. The padding on the seat for some reason seems thinner and you can feel the metal of the seat through it. The seat is also slightly narrower du to the table and TV screen stowed in the armrest. But the worst difficulty is access and egress if coming out straight in front to avoid disturbing other passengers in the row. The problem is the luggage bins are very low and if you are not very careful or you are not very tall you will bang your head when returning to your seat. It is handy for the toilets, but that also has the obvious down side of people waiting blocking your access.

Seat is a bit on the firm side but plenty of leg room.
Meals were fantastic, very tasty and plenty to eat. The staff were very friendly.

Better than average flight with gtood airline food. Snacks also available at the rear galley is you want them. This is an extra leg room seat and you can get in and out from the row in front assuming you are a little nimble and there isn't a "large" person in 26B just in front. On a night flight the brightness of a flight information screen on the bulkhead above the crew seats may be anoying,
