Malaysia Airlines seat reviews

Cabin feels airy, don't like the 9 abreast configuration, not enough toilets, reading light doesn't work, entertainment tempremental and plane made good time, arrived 1/2 hour early.

Seats narrow, thin and lack depth for proper leg support. Too close to seat in front. Very cramped and uncomfortable on a 14 hour flight. Singapore Airlines fly this plane with 183 economy seats. MAS has 253. It appears passenger comfort was not a consideration in the MAS seating plan. Some low-cost carriers have better seats than these. Definitely not as good as the A380. Will not fly MAS again.

I think your seat map is wrong. MAS 350 seating arrangments are 2 4 2 for economy class. NOT 3 3 3 as shown here.

As I traveled economy class, I still love the upper deck of A380. The seat in A350 is OK but not great.

It was nice to fly on the 3 month old A350. The staff were friendly and helpful as expected! I wasn't sure why a 9am departure went into "night-mode" a short while after take off... the whole flight was in daylight... For business class, I was amazed how small the toilets are, the same size or smaller than no frills carriers and certainly smaller than the loos on the A380 we travelled on on the way out to KL last December!

The aircraft in which I flew was making it's first revenue flight being the third 350 to be delivered.
The new entertainment screens are A1 - touch screen operation. Entertainment to suit all. The flight information graphics - good plus a vertical camera which when at low level or in sight of the ground was extremely interesting. I enjoyed the flight despite 14 hours flying.

Was upgraded to Premier Economy. A lot of leg room. Had 2 seats for myself so reclined and enjoyed the rather long journey comfortably. The food was delicious. First time that I had all the meals. Service could be improved a little as had to ask for a hot drink more than once before I got it. Overall a very pleasant experience. Have always travelled with Malaysian Airlines and will continue to do so!!

Extra legroom seat. Near emergency exit.

Configuration 2-4-2, situated behind business class. MH should not allow children below 12 years, as this cabin should be designated as a quiet zone. Ideal for business travelers.
There is no window on row 10. Service was friendly & attentive. Quality & quantity of food/menu content was dismal to say the least.

41D,E,F the seat in front is slightly skewed so the tray table, and screen are not directly infront. other than this its great option if you want 3 in a row in a airbus 330-300
