the flight wast good but i forget me camera on the seat went me wife ask me for the camera, i toll me wife i let in the plane, i went to the customer about hour after the plane lander the toll me wast no camera on the plane, the cleaning crew keep me camera the airline never call me to tell me what happen ,i pay ilot money for camera i well never flight this airline. the no responsive .they don't care for customer

this is too old aircraft! Former Alitalia...Seats were broken, no food on board! So shame to a brazilian airline. They don't give this treatment for those who fly from SP...too bad!!! And very expensive!!!

Nothing to complain about. Had a very good flight.

Very quiet and comfortable plane. Nice legroom, I was able to sleep pretty comfortable. The only setback Was the few number of toilets for the whole economy sector.

The economy class seats are very confortable and i like milles Tam very easy fly in Brasil too.

An "old" airplane that gave me a nice flight. I got the PT-MSU. It was clean, old-fashioned seats without individual screen but confortable, I could sleep for a couple of hours.

A good flight. The seat was a typical economy class seat. The service couldn`t be better. TAM crew were really kind.

I always fly TAM...love TAM but this time I flew Business and it was the worse flight I have ever been on due to a family with three small kids in Business who creid, whined, ran up and down the aisle, laid in the aisle and whatever other annoying behavior you can think of. The father did nothing, the flight attendents did nothing and the mother was so overwhelemed with it all...she bore the brunt of it all. Bottom line, they should not allow children under a certain age in Business or First Class. I wrote a letter to TAM, not complaining, just giving my experience and it has been over a year and no one has responded by letter nor email.

Originally, I was booked to fly on seat 36A but for an unknown reason, the airline put me on seat 17K. I would not have minded this if I was flying by myself, but I was with 5 other people so we all got jumbled up in that small space in between seat 15 to seat 18. However, apart from that confusion, the flight and crew were outstaning and I could not have asked for anymore apart from my booked seats. I am a great fan of this aircraft and found it absolutey confortable. However, one of the people who I was travelling wth wanted to spend a few minutes (or hours!) in the window seat, so I let her. However, while I was in her seat (17H, corridor), I noticed that it was really cold and so I couldnt sleep properly. I would advise anyone to never book a seat nearest to the corridor because the gush of wind really is irritating and there is nothing better than siiting in a window seat!
