LATAM Airlines Brasil seat reviews

The business configuration was 2-2-2. Old plane the small night lamp was broken. Food was normal (Fish,meat and pasta).
In the landing procedure, they abort two times without telling any reason, so we where very concern of what was happening. Later on when we landed the captain explain that was a plane in the runway and in the second time because the did not received clearance from airport control tower but a clearance from central monitoring system. So he decide to abort!!!

The flight was good, but the descent took LOTS of turbulence.

The airbus A321 was full (220 passengers), however, it flew smoothly without turbulences probably because the plane has sharklets as I could notice from the wind. I would point out that comfort between the seats is poor and food is very little.

The check-in was fast and the flight was on time. The seat width is very small and seat recline is poor. As it was a 1h and a half flight they don´t give you earphones, thus, though the plane has tv sets throughout its both sides, you can´t hear anything. Food and drink were poor: only a small snack pack and a cup of drink: soft drink or juice or water. The crew was very attentive and considerate, though.

A regular aircraft, perfect to small trips like that.

I flew with B767 on March 19, 2015. Before the flight, I usually check my seat on seat map sites. I checked with several and also TAM website. There was not any row 13 and seat L on any websites. I thought it was a mistake but it was not. 2nd row from the Business class. Leg room was okay for me but I am short. It would be very uncomfortable for a long leg person. The plane was so cold, one blanket and my shawl was not enough. Freezing the whole time, at one point I called the flight attended and told her. She did not do anything about it. It was not just me, everybody was freezing. I did not eat dinner, can not say anything about it. Breakfast was a warm sandwich with cheese
gave me a heart burn.

Nice plane... very nice flight and confortable, great service on board!!

VIAJEI NO ASSENTO 16A, O QUE GOSTEI, POUCA MOVIMENTAÇÃO DE PESSOAS, MUITO ESPAÇO PARA ESTICAR AS PERNAS, E POUCO BALANÇO, NÃO TEM NADA QUE NÃO GOSTEI, INDICO ESTE ASSENTO CONFORTO.

One of the best airlines of the world. The crew were very friendly and efficient. Excelent service on board. I am very satisfied travelling in an excelent airline.
