What is the hand baggage allowance on Edelweiss Air flights?
On Edelweiss Air flights, you are entitled to one piece of hand baggage in Economy Class and Economy Max, and two pieces in Business Class. Any piece of hand baggage can measure up to 55 x 40 x 23 cm and weigh up to 8 kg. A folding garment bag with maximum dimensions of 57 x 54 x 15 cm can also be accepted as hand baggage.
In addition to the hand baggage, you can also take on board with you the following: a handbag, laptop bag or shoulder bag (maximum 40 x 30 x 10 cm), a child seat, a pair of walking aids, medical equipment.
What is the checked baggage allowance on Edelweiss Air flights?
The checked baggage allowance depends on your travel class and applies per person (it is not cumulative, even if you are traveling with a companion):

Edelweiss does not accept any piece of checked baggage, including sports equipment, weighing more than 32 kg.

Golf equipment up to 23 kg is always free of charge on all Edelweiss flights.
The first additional sports equipment in the Normal category is transported free of charge on all Edelweiss flights. The following fee will be charged for the first sports equipment in the Big category in all booking classes:

For every additional sports bag, the excess baggage fees apply. If your baggage allowance is exceeded (number of pieces, size or weight per piece), it is better to inform Edelweiss Air when you book your ticket.
