Is there Web Check-in available for Air Tahiti Nui flights?

Air Tahiti Nui offers Web Check-in from 36 to 5 hours before departure for all flights (except flights from Tokyo Narita).

What is the check-in time for Air Tahiti Nui flights?

For international flights, the recommended check-in time is 3 hours before departure. At Tahiti Faa’a International Airport (PPT), the recommended check-in time for inter-islands flights is 90 minutes before departure.

For all Air Tahiti Nui flights, check-in closes 1 hours before the departure of the flight.

Boarding gates close 15 minutes before departure.

Web Check-in

Web Check-in is available only for flights operated by Air Tahiti Nui to any passenger with an e-ticket and a confirmed booking, with the following exceptions:

• Unaccompanied Minors.
• Passengers traveling with a pet.
• Passengers with stretchers.

Passengers with connecting flights are able to use Air Tahiti Nui Web Check-in service according to the agreements with partner airlines (American Airlines, Air France, Aircalin, Air New Zealand, Qantas, Korean Air and Japan Airlines). Passengers traveling on a codeshare flight operated by another airline can check in online through the operating carrier website.

During Web Check-in, you can choose a seat according to availability. If there are no available seats left, you are still able to check in online without choosing a seat, and one will be allocated to you at the check-in counter on the day of departure. It is possible to change your seat after checking in online but only before Web Check-in closes and printing the boarding pass.

At the end of Web Check-in, you can receive your boarding pass by e-mail, to print it and present it at the check-in counter, or you can pick up your boarding pass directly at the airport.

Even if you print the boarding pass at home, you must present it at the check-in counter at the airport where the final boarding pass will be issued.
