Tiny Seats although the ;egroom was ample if there was no luggage under seat in front. although this was for our luggage those in row 1 put bottles under the seat instead of stowing properly so was a problem as I cant fully bend my knee sk had to keep kicking their bottles each time I moved also then giving me more pain. One of the worst planes we have ever flown on. Uncomfortable, cramped and no sign of social distancing. which we did have on the way out. getting to toilets was even more of a problem as person on end who wasnt booked into that seat just sat there and fell asleep after swveral temper tantrums so we had to get crewq to waken them up for us to go to toilet. to be fair we are used to long haul planes in upgrade so much more room. we would never repeat this experience and weould look at plane type before deciding to book a trip

This seat and row along with row 15 is classed as extra space seats, the extra legroom offering from TUI is good but you get far more legroom here in these rows.

It was with some concern that on our flight row 15 had two older gents in 15a, 15b that both walked with a stick and would clearly be unable to have opened the exit door in the event of an emergency.

Our seats were comfortable on the outward leg and yet we found the seat base uncomfortable on the return leg in the same seat , something co-passengers commented on, however as the return was a night flight perhaps this was down to our adopted positions in trying to gain some sleep.

Food was bland, hot food dry and perhaps taking something on board is best recommended.

The service from the crew both ways was excellent, happy and engaging.

Row 18 with extra legroom, although it is over the wing you could still see fine, was pleasantly surprised..this seat is 2 rows behind the emergency exit doors which have even larger leg room. As in the middle of the plane a choice of 1 loo at the front & 2 at the back..Seats reclined a few inches but enough for a comfortable ride. No entertainment on the flight but a very useful USB port

overhead luggage for rows 1&2 occupied by crew and flight odds ans ends so had to try and find space down the aircraft which gave problems with retrieval on landing
Boarding process absolute chaos because of entry to aircraft allowed from front and rear with no guidance -- very simple solution would be boarding by seat row number

seat ok, legroom very good, sadly not allowed to keep anything with me, everything had to be placed in overhead lockers and there was not enough space. seat width ok, no entertainment, food and dring qite expensive, On board shopping the two items i asked for were not available. cabin crew, nothing special.

Plenty of leg room, however the seat was not as comfortable as the 737 max 8 we had on the way out to Alicante and they felt a little narrower. There was also no USB ports for charging unlike the 737 max 8. No inflight entertainment other than the safety videoand the flight info.

At 6'5" and also wide, I found adequate legroom and space in the seats, even though I was by the window, Flown many times on these Tui flights never had a issue.

Decent seat, I like to be near the front, good window

Poor seat pitch and legroom. Unsafe and inadequate for anyone over six feet tall.

Definitely worth upgrade cost.
