No welcome drink in business class… drink served together with food after 1h from take off… customers from economy class queuing next to use to used the WC …
Next connecting flight to Berlin was 40 min delayed…
I don’t think I used Brussels airways next time .. specially not Bussis class it’s not a good service and using a wooden cutlery is definitely not Bussis.

Extremely inconvenient, uncomfortable seats, no flexible head rest. Even water was charged. I was at an emergency exit (EE), and the chair didn't move. Legroom, even though EE, was only fair. No entertainment what so ever, no inflight streaming on my own device, not even a magazine.
Bottom line: Brussels Airlines feels like a low-cost-company.

Nous avons été très satisfaits du confort et du silence à bord de l' A 320 Néo. Equipage très professionnel et très agréable. Je recommande cette compagnie.
