Tarifa de Business con servicio de Low Cost

Lo único que queda actualmente de lo que alguna vez fue la magnífica clase Business de Avianca son los cómodos asientos del Boeing 787 Dreamliner, todo lo demás se perdió durante la pandemia de COVID 19.

El "servicio" de a bordo ya no ofrece mantas, almohadas, kit de amenities, auriculares ni desayuno, almuerzo o cena, únicamente entregan un refrigerio del cual adjunto una fotografía.

Llevo años volando por Avianca y realmente me sentí muy decepcionado, la conversión de dicha compañía al sistema Low Cost le podrá traer nuevos pasajeros pero le va a costar mucho mantener a sus clientes más antiguos.

Excellent seating and location, as well as the upper space for suitcases. The commands on the side panel are simple and work well, both for the control of the chair and for the entertainment system, as well as the lights.
The only deficiency is the control of attenuation of the window, there is not remote control in the chair panel, and the only one is not easily accessible..

Hola a pesar de la duraciòn del vuelo , tuve comodidad , supe elegir la silla adecuada , ( 8 D ), y eso ayudo al bienestar ; no pido que sean excesivamente amables y "melosas" , pero la azafata que me correspondìo , exageradamente seria,parca.

The seats of this plane are uncomfortable, with little space for the legs. I prefer the Airbus.
Besides, my hushband was on the window and there's no mecanich/phisical way of closing the window. Only the glass becomes darker but it doesn't completely block the light of the sun, so it hit him in the face anyway

Siempre he volado con Avianca, por sentido de pertenencia, es una aerolínea Colombiana y como todos los estamentos esta sujeta a mejoramiento; pero es una buena aerolínea, presta un buen servicio y goza de personal cualificado, y cooperador con los usuarios, ademas de que los servicios a bordo son acordes a las necesidades de los viajeros.

Nunca antes habia tenida un vuelo tan placentero como este.... mi sueño cumplido..... a pesar de las 10 horas de vuelo, me gocé cada minuto, disfrutando el confort de esta silla....
Gracias Avianca por hacer de este viaje un recuerdo inolvidable, y gracias Dios por darme la oportunidad de viajar en esta silla.....

Compre las silla 8A por ser mas amplia y no tener sillas al frente. Sin embargo me cambiaron de vuelo sin aviso y no me respetaron la silla comprada. La silla 9A que me asignaron no es comparable con la 8A. Ademas me dicen en call center que no reembolsan el dinero.

Although I had enough legroom thanks to the emergency exit, the seat itself was super narrow and uncomfortable. I’m not that big of a guy and had an awful experience with the Avianca 787 seats.
The older machines that are being used for flights like LIM-BOG are ten times better.

Excelente información sobre el vuelo. El nuevo sistema de opacado en cambio de cierre de ventanas no me parece funcional. El espacio entre sillas es muy reducido.
