overhead luggage for rows 1&2 occupied by crew and flight odds ans ends so had to try and find space down the aircraft which gave problems with retrieval on landing
Boarding process absolute chaos because of entry to aircraft allowed from front and rear with no guidance -- very simple solution would be boarding by seat row number

Poor seat pitch and legroom. Unsafe and inadequate for anyone over six feet tall.

Very disappointed. Expected Dreamliner seats to be more spacious and comfortable. Was wedged into window seat and very awkward to ask two passengers to move while I crawled past them. Very uncomfortable eight hour flight. Food was good as was the service, but would pay for premium seats next time.

AVOID these seats at all costs on the 787-8 Tui Dreamliner (these will be Row 32 on 787-9).Emergency row so it looked like there would be plenty of legroom for these 'extra cost of £100' seats but there was a constant group of people standing directly in front of our seats, waiting for the toilet, literally standing on our feet, even when we trying to eat our food - very uncomfortable. Worst seats on the plane, we should have saved our £100 each and took our chances on the free seat allocation which would have been a better flight experience. No announcement from crew for pax not to congregate in space. Seat width was very tight as solid arms and tray table.

Tui premium. At the back of the cabin. Window seat. Plenty legroom little disturbance. Nice flight.

Very cramped seating. Narrow seats and very poor legroom. Knees were pressed against back of seat in front. Not suitable for a 6 hour flight. Not the 33 inch pitch advertised. Tray pushes against stomach when open.

Decent seat, I like to be near the front, good window

Comfortable seat, but not what I had booked. I had originally booked window seats 5G/J, but when boarded found the seats we had were in middle row. Crew dismissive, then made multiple excuses, change of aircraft, smaller aircraft, but was the type advertised on itinerary a 787-800, 4 Dreamliners hit by lightning and being repaired.
They advertise music/radio, but was not working, as one cabin crew told us there has been a problem with the licence all summer and has not been available.
Booked seats for return in premium cabin, but according to seat plan these seats do not exist. Will see what happens.

Premium economy - As a big bloke I always upgrade to premium seats on a medium or long-haul flight, but the seat is very narrow in premium, legroom great but I couldn't use the fold out table from the side arm rest so had to balance my meals on my lap using the rolled over blankets! not ideal. The crew couldn't really care, all they said was it was a 'standard ' size seat? I had upgraded to avoid this!! The entertainment was not as up to date as other airlines but not bad. I won't be using a TUI so called Dream liner anytime soon.
