Realmente el vuelo no fue malo, pero pudo ser mejor, el E190 de Avianca (aun en colores de taca) no es un mal avion, de hecho muchos de uds indican que el asiento K no existe, pero si existe, Avianca al hacer su cambio de formato prefirieron cambiar los asientos de ventana de A hasta F a ser desde A hasta K en caso de cambio de aeronave, mientras en Taca era de A hasta F, porque el avion mas grande era un A321, el servicio no estuvo mal, el vuelo fue muy tranquilo y el sistema IFE funcionaba normalmente

Brand new ATR 72-600. Nice airplane for a short flight. Legroom is reduced in window seats (A and F) because the front seat's leg is bolted right in the middle of your personal space. No way to place handluggage there. Row 1 have extra legroom because of the front emergency exit.

Ese vuelo para ser de 5horas fue muy comodo, buen servicio, el unico detalle era que el avion no tenia IFE Personal, pero en general fue comodo, Volé en 2013

Mido 1.80 cms y tiene muy buen espacio entre sillas, viaje muy tranquilo y como servicio a bordo excelente.

Excellent! they leave space in between business so that you can stretch your legs, the seats are wide and the screens large

Overall comfort quality was good. Im 6'2 and did sleep comfortably for three to four solid hours. The cabin was actually quite cold . An extra sweater did the trick. Food quality was satisfactory but nothing extravagant.

vuelo realizado en avion con cabina ejecutiva remodelada, 8 filas de 4 asientos, economica comienza en la fila 9 y la salida de emergencia esta delante de la fila 24 (mayo9 av010)

The seats of this plane are uncomfortable, with little space for the legs. I prefer the Airbus.
Besides, my hushband was on the window and there's no mecanich/phisical way of closing the window. Only the glass becomes darker but it doesn't completely block the light of the sun, so it hit him in the face anyway

I love to flight on Avianca, the only thing I think they should improve is that there is no enterteinment anymore aboard these 319, not even music, which helps if there is turbulence, I ask please to do something about it, as for the rest I like them being puntual, food and service, thanks
