Laumento decir que no me gustó el avión. Pagué por un puesto en business class, pero los asientos de este vuelo, eran los mismos que en Economy class es decir, de 3 asientos a cada lado. Incómodo y estrecho

Excelente información sobre el vuelo. El nuevo sistema de opacado en cambio de cierre de ventanas no me parece funcional. El espacio entre sillas es muy reducido.

Hola a pesar de la duraciòn del vuelo , tuve comodidad , supe elegir la silla adecuada , ( 8 D ), y eso ayudo al bienestar ; no pido que sean excesivamente amables y "melosas" , pero la azafata que me correspondìo , exageradamente seria,parca.

Nice plane, big, comfortable, individual tv screen, good space between seats. Only 2.5 hours trip so can not comment on the comfort of the seat, though it felt good.

Nunca antes habia tenida un vuelo tan placentero como este.... mi sueño cumplido..... a pesar de las 10 horas de vuelo, me gocé cada minuto, disfrutando el confort de esta silla....
Gracias Avianca por hacer de este viaje un recuerdo inolvidable, y gracias Dios por darme la oportunidad de viajar en esta silla.....
