Vietnam Airlines seat reviews

Good seat but elderly aircraft. In flight entertainment didn't work so they provided us with iPads (good stuff). On-the-wall flight information is near this seat which at times is pretty bright. Keep this in mind if you want to sleep.

Vietnam Airlines has an excellent price to performance ratio. Staff are friendly and effective. Also the food is rather nice.

A very comfortable seat with plenty of leg room. Although the seat does not lay flat it reclines enough to allow a good sleep. The entertainment system malfunctioned after a time and the headsets had only a single pin jack instead of the two required for stereo sound hence sound was in only one ear. The cabin was otherwise as one would expect clean and well kept. Staff were all extremely polite, well groomed and attentive. Food was of a good standard with a choice of Asian or European meals and staff came around regularly with drinks.

Excellent flight for this, the middle leg of a 'puddle-jumper' route SGN-PNH-VTE-HAN (VN 920). On time,- in flight service for the hour & ten minute flight a nice (small) snack with coffee & tea. Seating is reasonably comfortable. I was assigned 16D at first, then moved to 15C just before take-off (the exit row was unoccupied).

Odd that the Airbus aircraft have no over-wing exits however. The seats at row 15 have no regular window to view out of either, which may be an issue with some passengers.

Crew was unfriendly. Most of the crew looked as though they are forced to be on duty. The toilet was smelly and although the flight was almost 90% full, the tissue paper dispenser was less than 50%. On the overall, the facilities and crew seemed ill-prepared.i have been on international and domestic flights on other airlines, this one is the worst I have come across.

Good plane, good view but the seat recline was not good

Great flight. Excellent in flight service by the cabin crew. Pleanty of refreshments and a good lunch served. The flight left 15 minutes late but arrived on time; made the time up during the flight. Limited in flight entertainment but that's why I took my Kindle!

Awesome aircraft. Went on Business Class. The legroom and space makes you feel like a king. The reclining helps you to get very comfortable but not interrupting the person behind. Check in was fast and easy. Sadly, the AVOD wasn't working that day :(

It was a short regional flight in Vietnam (about 2 hours long). I think that Vietnam Airlines should put more effort into their A321 line. I have flown the A321 a lot of time and it's quite boring every time you fly it. On other airlines, the A321 is equipped with many features like AVOD and etc. But on this one, there was no AVOD system. Just some flight magazine. So because of that, I brought both my iPad and my iPod to keep me out of boringness.
