Absolutely recommend. Great seat. Staff and service fantastic

This is a comment for the escapr lounge.
very untidy seats and carpets badly stained very unplesant visit, free with primium, wont use again.
now in the aspire lounge, wonderfull, very clean very comfortabel, will always use.

seat ok, legroom very good, sadly not allowed to keep anything with me, everything had to be placed in overhead lockers and there was not enough space. seat width ok, no entertainment, food and dring qite expensive, On board shopping the two items i asked for were not available. cabin crew, nothing special.

Was delayed by an hour that was due it’s previous flight being late on leaving Manchester at the start of its day. Aircraft 787-8 Dreamliner was an amazing addition to the fleet, Crew were fantastic seats and the windows were brilliant and quick reaction on the IFE The music that TUI played on boarding and after arrival announcement could of been more wiser “Holiday mood/Coming home mood” the lavatories were adventurous no toliet seat lids would stay up especially if ur caught in a midst of an mild to severe turbulence like I did. I was caught up in that and I was bouncing around didn’t know either to laugh or cry about it. Unable to review Dreamliner as TUI changed aircraft to A300 of WAMOS

Booked seat as extra legroom not too much room. width of seat very narrow could not even move, difficult to put se. at belt on. Food trays are in seat handle, could not use had tape on 'DO NOT USE' as was broken. As paid £85 extra for this seat not value for money

This is the 2 seat next to each other all the way back so the numbering is different dan on de seat map.

Seat was great, window was aligned to the seat and for the windows seat you can put the arm rest up so you can have more space which is already large since the A seat is actually a B seat.

Though legroom is on the small size for a large guy, I'm 1.87 and my knee just for through the gap.

Seat is able to decline descently since there is nobody behind you.

Game menu is block for my flight but movie is alright, I would say most of the movie is from 3-4 years ago.

Food and service was alright for a budget flight, the heated food options is also great since it was heated inflight and it was really hot.

Good flight over all

We upgraded to Premium Class as this was a special holiday for the pair of us. We found the seats very comfortable with plenty of width which was useful when trying to get to sleep. There was loads of leg room which was great as were both leggy people. We didn't recline the seats, however, those in front did and it didn't impact our comfort or ability to watch the tv screen. The entertainment wasn't bad, however, I would have liked a bit more to choose from as the flight was 9+ hours. The food was great and very tasty and the use of metal KFS made the eating experience more delightful. There was a wide choice of free drinks which I didn't complain about. The service was great too. Overall we enjoyed our flight and having the seats in Premium Class made the journey so much better.

Definitely worth upgrade cost.
