another type of aircraft which sacrificed convenience for profit.. having two toilets for 160 pax or more... and they use it for 3 to 4 hours flight or more! pathetic

worst kind of airplane to use in a 3 hr or more flight.. only two toilets for around 150 pax.. they sacrificed convenience to profit.

When i was going through the incheck they told me my seat was broken and changed me to seat 1D after getting on the plane found out that the reason they had changed my seat was because one of they as the flight attendant told me the person was one of the elite and that is “his seat” so what ever i got a whole bunch of miles from them when i started to complain
But the seat i was in was ok as i am not a fan of the isle seat at all
The seat is a lay flat and i had a lot of leg room the food was very good and so were the snacks

The only thing that was wrong with the flight was no Wi-Fi or Entertainment system on plane
Even though it was only a little over 3 hours the service was outstanding the food was very good seat was very good

This was the second part of my trip this was a short flight
The flight attendants were very good and did everything they could to make sure that you had a good flight The seat was very comfortable and it is a lay flat the food was very good also and they had snacks also

Just a quick note about this flight on PAl airlines as i have been on a few Business Class flights For the price differences between the other airlines i myself would say if your on a budget and want a nice flight with a lay flat bed it is worth it
The flight attendants do a very good job to make you as happy as possible
The food is good and they have some good shanks also being this is flight is over 15 hours long the Entertainment is ok but i would say to also download stuff to watch too. They have WI-FI you get 100md free its good for texting if you want to stream the sell a plan for like $26

The seat was ok the pitch was ok always, enjoyed our Flight with PAL. The crew was out standing, food was good.

Seat was ok, quite old and the IFE was not as sharp as the new ones. PAL soft product always number one, but the PAL 777-300 are starting to show it's age.

I agree with the previous reviewer(JRodriguez). In my last travel with PAL, the bathrooms were dirty and poorly maintained. The staff took a long time to clean and unplug a sink despite a long line of passengers waiting to use the toilets. JAL has a schedule of crew cleaning the toilets on the hour- without waiting for passengers to complain.
My other issue is that the crew served tea or coffee while collecting food trays. Their hands are dirty touching used dinnerware, etc. -they should not be touching cups with the same dirty hands. With Covid and flu coming up, this is a safety issue!
I'm giving PAL another try- their non-stop to Manila is a plus- but really, I hope to see a more competent crew practicing cleanliness and sanitary measures.
