The A330-200 has one of the quietest cabins in the Emirates fleet. It has a total seating capacity of 237-278 passengers in a two or three class layout. It is used on medium to long-haul routes.
The Business Class sleeperette seats are in a 2-3-2 configuration with a recline of 29 centimetres (11.5 inches). There is plenty of room to spread out and work – or to simply stretch out, with seat rows spaced a generous 1.52 metres (60 inches) apart. The seat’s footrest and lumbar support are controlled electronically and there is an adjustable winged-headrest. If flying overnight, you will receive a complimentary amenity kit containing everything you need to arrive refreshed.
To keep you entertained, Emirates in-flight entertainment system offers a choice of 15 TV, 22 audio and 18 interactive games channels. In Business class you can also choose from a library of over 40 films to watch on your personal high definition screen. If you need to stay in touch while in the air, there is a personal satellite phone in each seat, plus a central fax machine and laptop recharging points. In Economy Class, e ach seat back contains a high definition 16.5cm (6.5 inches) screen on which to enjoy the 15 TV, 22 audio and 18 interactive games channels, and a personal satellite phone.
