Less legroom than the Dash 8 but reasonable seat width.
I was expecting a bit more space for a plane that does longer trip (eg yyz to yvr). It wouldn't be comfortable for more than an hour or two and it feels like a low cost airline in this regard. Shame that Porter didn't add an inch of leg space.
Power plug on each seat.
Free wifi if you watch a short ad.

Porter Reserve seat with more legroom.
Seat width is the same as the rest of the plane (but much better than the dash 8 from YTZ).
Same snacks as well and they are better than Air Canada.
Staff is super nice.
But not sure it's worth paying the extra for such a short flight.
