Web Check in ,Boaeding pass allotment, Seat selection very good online process. Departure, Arrival timing on time. Overall very good service considering economy class.

Indigo as an Airline has basic services being rendered by them and everything else is an Add-on which comes as a cost so its upto their management to ensure that customers are happy to fly Indigo and not just out of compulsion as we have no other price options or choice !!

Nice seating and comfortable

The seat 1 F faces all the crowd of the plane.. the seat is not uncomfortable as it has no head rest available and the seat is non reclining too. Leg room is still better than the other routine seats but this seat is just opposite the seat 1C and 1D..so all these 4 seats share a common leg space..
Also as this seat faces opposite to the normal seating plan it is being uncomfortable during take off and landing as well.. I would say it's better to avoid this seat.

Window seat next to Engine propeller, noisy when taking off but once cruising noise was tolerable. High wing plane therefore good view, seats not very comfortable, not bad legroom food tray very small

Horrible experience we had done online check in and we had gone to the airport to print it .. But the staff denied it ... Argued the point but when I had done it they have me right in the back over the wings .. And the airport they told me its not over the wings flight staff very rude ... They don't know how to behave flight was ok .... But I prefer go air and jet airways is the best

I have been a frequent flyer of Indigo Airlines as I travel to Delhi and back at least 4 times a month.
