Royal Brunei Airlines - Baggage

1. What is the carry-on allowance?

Royal Brunei Airlines enforces the following carry-on allowances on all flights:

- Business Class: 2 pieces (one briefcase and one bag/garment bag) not exceeding 55X38X20 cm/22X15X8 in and 7 kg/15 lb each, and 12 kg/26 lb, combined

- Economy Class: one piece not exceeding 55X38X20 cm/22X15X8 in and 7 kg/15 lb, as well as duty free purchases in reasonable quantities

- Infants not occupying a seat: one piece not exceeding 55X38X20 cm/22X15X8 in and 5 kg/11 lb

2. What is the checked baggage allowance?

On all Royal Brunei Airlines flights, the following free checked baggage allowances apply:

- Business Class Passengers: 30 kg
- Economy Class Passengers and Infants: 20 kg

Pieces that weigh more than 32 kg are not allowed.

3. What about oversized/overweight and excess luggage fees?

The charges applied by Royal Brunei Airlines to all oversized/overweight/excess luggage will be 1.5% of the normal direct economy class one-way fare per kilogram, except for the Special Excess Baggage charges. Please visit this page or call the airline for more information.
