- Founded in 1997, Novair is an affiliate of Apollo, Sweden’s third largest tour operator.

- The first services introduced by Novair connected Stockholm to the Canary Islands and Phuket in Thailand.

- Since 2001, Novair has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Swiss travel group Kuoni Holding.

- The biggest departure airports used by Novair are Stockholm-Arlanda, Oslo-Gardermoen, Gothenburg-Landvetter and Copenhagen- Kastrup.
