Horrible. We paid $40 extra for 2 people for seats 6A and 6C in premium economy d/t a tight connection, and were told at check in those seats were given to someone else, and we were put in the back of the plane, and had to run fast as an elderly couple, almost missing our flight. Please reimburse us $40 at a minimum.

The most comfortable flight I've had for a long time. I actually managed to get a decent sleep and the 14 hour flight flew by (no pun intended). The seat was comfortable with the side unit on the right. Being closer to the window meant that I could see the Andes and the approach. There was no door to the seat so was not as private as the BA 777 on my return from Buenos Aries. As this was a midnight flight, I did not have any food but the wine (Rioja) was excellent.
