As from 1st September 2010, Emirates will provide passengers with new in-flight entertainment to be launched on the flights to Dakar. As new in-flight entertainment, passengers will be provided with Emirates new in-flight music to Dakar. On the flights to Dakar from Dubai, Emirates will offer typical African in-flight music. Emirates flights to Dakar will begin and will be ensured by the carrier’s Airbus A340-300. Also, with Emirates Airbus A340-300 seat configurations, passengers would be provided with Cabin width17 ft 4 in / 5.28 m, Height55 ft 3 in / 16.85 m and Length208 ft 10 in / 63.6 m. As in-flight entertainment on the flights to Dakar, passengers will be offered a large choice of movies, TV programs, music and children will also be offered games to play. Moreover, with Emirates seat availability, passengers would have the possibility to have more seat pitch onboard of our aircraft.

As from 31st October 2010, Asiana Airlines will offer flights during the day between New York JFK and Seoul Incheon. Asiana Airlines flights OZ221 will take off from New York JFK at 1300hrs and will touch down in Seoul Incheon at 1640hrs the next day. The return flights OZ222 will then leave from Seoul Incheon at 1000hrs and will reach New York JFK at 1100hrs. Asiana Airlines New York JFK flights will be operated on a daily basis. Also , New York JFK flights will be ensured by Asiana Airlines Boeing 777-200. With the Boeing B777-200 seat configuration, passengers would have thepossibility to have a three class configuration where they will be provided with in-flight entertainment and with onboard services in order to make their flight a pleasant one. As from the 27th September 2010, Alaska Airlines is now launching flights between Seattle and St Louis to its passengers. Alaska Airlines flights between Seattle and St Louis is scheduled to take off from Seattle at 11.10am to reach St Louis at 05.10pm and Alaska Airlines return flights is scheduled to take off from St Louis at 06.05pm to land in Seattle in 08.35pm. Alaska Airlines will carry out flights between Seattle and St Louis daily. Additionally, Alaska Airlines is offering these flights between Seattle and St Louis as from £73. Air France will offer First Class passengers with new in-flight meals onboard. Air France First Class in-flight meals are chosen and prepared according to the various seasons. As in-flight meals, Air France First Class passengers are served with an aperitif followed by soup or a hot dish with a choice of cheese with warm breads and crisp. To top it all after the main course the First Class passengers of Air France will be served with nice desserts. Besides those finely prepared in-flight meals, First Class passengers are also served with finely selected wine by Olivier Poussier onboard of Air France. Since 14th June 2010, China Airlines is now offering passengers with direct flights from Taipei Songshan to Shanghai Hongqiao. China Airlines flights take off from Songshan at 8.45am and reach Hongqiao at 10.30am. The return flights then leave from Hongqiao at 11.40am and arrive in Songshan at 1.30pm. China Airlines offers passengers six weekly flights on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays from Songshan to Hongqiao. These Songshan Hongqiao flights are ensured by China Airlines Boeing 737-800. With the Boeing B737-800 seat configuration, passengers would be offered with both in-flight entertainment and onboard services so that they are entertained while being in the skies and thus have a pleasant flight. However, after the reconstruction work is completed at Songshan China Airlines will operate its Airbus A330-300 on this route to Hongqiao. Between 25th June and 6th September 2010, Air Canada will offer passengers a second daily flight from Paris to Vancouver via Montreal. As from 10th November 2011, Continental Airlines will offer passengers daily direct flights to Lagos from Houston.
