This is Delta's new Business Elite cabin with full lie flat seats and all with direct aisle access in a 1-2-1 layout, not the 2-2-2 layout as shown in the diagram. Flight was on 7 Feb 2015. Seats are great and very comfortable since they are almost infinitely adjustable. The lumbar adjustment has minimal impact. If travelling with a companion, I recommend center seats since each seat is essentially its own pod. While there are nooks and crannies for holding personal items and a small shelf, most personal items need to be put in the overhead bin. Fortunately, each seat has its own section which is necessary if you have both personal items and want to store the pillow and comforter, both of which were large and comfortable. Includes personal amenity kit. Food was very good, but more typical of the domestic first class fare and not up to the international business class standard. Overall, the best first class to Hawaii. Head and shoulders above the standard recliner seats on most other flights. Kudos to Delta for using this layout to Hawaii.
